Upcott is a Christian youthwork charity working with children and young people from various parts of the country. Since January 2007 our work has been based in Minehead, Somerset, where we own a property called The Beacon.

Our vision is to encourage and facilitate young people to to discover and pursue God's best for their lives. The community of people living at the Beacon work towards this in a variety of ways, including through 'Upcott Weeks', 'XL' and local church-based youth work. Upcott Weeks Update

Over the May half term, we ran a fully-booked Tweens One. Everyone enjoyed themselves thoroughly, and God was evidently at work in people's lives. We are still taking bookings for some of the other Upcott Weeks 2008. If you get in touch we can give you more information.
